Choose the optimal variable tariff

Financing (F)

If you want to invest in a provision plan for your own home and you are interested in fixed and low interest rate, you can choose Financing (F) and guarantee a safe interest rate after transmission of funds starting from 1.6%. Payment is adjustable between 4 and 10 ‰ of the savings sum.

Rate of return (R)

If you are interested in a good interest rate on our loan, you can choose the variable tariff Rate of return (R). The interest return on your credit deposit can reach up to 4%: Basic rate of 1% plus a bonus between 1.5 and 3.0%. The bonus is fixed once each year depending on the current market rate.
Notice: The calculator will apply an average interest rate of 3.25%.

Flexibility (U)

You don’t want to decide right away? In that case you can choose Flexibility (U). Your interest rate can reach up to 2% or you can change to Financing (F) and receive a favourable fixed rate from 1.6%.

XXL Financing (FX)

If you only want to save for a later purchase of property, you can choose XXL Financing with an interest rate of 2.8 % after transmission of funds. There aren’t any loan up-front charges or account fees.
