Statement of the applicant
The accompanying short application will enter into effect retroactively as from the date of the sending, if I get within three weeks the whole of the application documents, together with the general conditions for savings agreements for building purposes, and if I agree to the application with my signature. Besides, a right of revocation for this savings agreement for building purposes is granted by Wüstenrot for two weeks as from the date of the written application for a savings agreement for building purposes.
After the sending of the online application I am entitled to make immediately tax-privileged deposits. The indication “online application from …” is a sufficient reference for that purpose.
If Wüstenrot or I myself do not agree to the application for a savings agreement for building purposes, or if the application is not realized for other reasons, Wüstenrot guarantees the complete and unabridged return of the payments.
